Asher Jantz’s interest in filmmaking began at an early age through homemade short films, stop-motion projects, and years of experimenting with cameras. That curiosity grew into formal digital cinema training, where he studied directing, cinematography, sound, and post-production and directed the award-winning short film Modern Underdog.

Jantz is currently studying Business Marketing at the University of Arkansas, where he is an Honors student and has earned recognition on the Dean’s List. His education has also included architecture coursework, which strengthened his understanding of composition, lighting, design, and creative problem-solving.

Through WINDRO, Jantz hopes to build an independent production company capable of creating meaningful commercial, documentary, narrative, and original work. His long-term goal is to tell ambitious stories about people, place, nature, and possibility while building a company rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and lasting creative value.
